In compliance with the federal labeling and record-keeping law of the United States, 18 U.S.C. §2257 and §2257A, all models, actors, actresses and other persons that appear in any visual portrayal of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct appearing on, or otherwise contained in, the videos listed on Elonora Porn Tube were at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time such visual portrayal was captured.

Producer of the material

The owners and operators of Elonora Porn Tube are not the "primary producer" (as defined in 18 U.S.C. §2257(h)(2)(B)(v)) of any of the visual content listed on the Site. The actual producers of the content are the respective third-party partner networks listed with each video, and their 2257-required records are properly registered with, maintained by, and available for inspection by the responsible producer or their agent as permitted by law.

Our role as a referral service

Elonora Porn Tube operates as an indexing and referral service pointing to content hosted by third-party partners, and as such does not produce, assemble, or publish the underlying visual content. Records required to be kept by the actual producers are in the keeping of those producers under their custody, as provided in 18 U.S.C. §2257(h)(2)(A)(i)-(iii) and 28 C.F.R. §75.1001 et seq.
