Content moderation
- Restricted items and reasons for restriction: we apply restrictions to enforce the law and our own Acceptable Content Policy (documented online), including removal of index entries and delisting of partner sources.
- Traffic: p: restrictions are decided by trained human review, using the automated feed-purge loop for content that partners themselves delete. No supervisory-authority-certified automated tools are used for moderation decisions.
- Average time to action: around 48–72 hours from notice to decision; CSAM-type signals are escalated immediately and acted on without delay.
Internal complaint handling and out-of-court settlement
Persons affected by our decisions may complain per the appeal path in our Notice and Action Policy, and may in addition use certified out-of-court dispute settlement bodies in the EU and pursue legal remedies.
Recommender transparency
The index ranking is based on simple, publisher-provided metadata (e.g. publication date and view counts supplied by partners) and configurable user-selected sorting. There is no profiling-based recommender system and no advertising-based ranking.
Size classification
Elonora Porn Tube is not a very large online platform or search engine within the meaning of the DSA ( well below 45 million average monthly EU recipients).
No advertiser terms of reference
We do not sell advertising placements; hence no "terms and conditions for advertisers" under Article 39 apply at this time.
