Acceptable Content Policy

This policy defines what may — and may never — appear on Elonora Porn Tube. It applies to everything listed here, including metadata, thumbnails and referral targets.

Absolute prohibitions (zero tolerance)

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content sexualizing minors, including fiction, link previews or "jailbait"-styled content. Any suspicion triggers immediate removal and escalation to NCMEC/inhotline-type organizations and law enforcement.
• Non-consensual content — including material produced or distributed without the documented consent of every performer, "revenge porn", upskirt/voyeur content, and content with persons who are apparently asleep, incapacitated or coerced.
• Trafficking and exploitation — content connected to force, fraud, or coercion, or involving performers under legal control of abusive third parties.
• Bestiality, necrophilia, and other content illegal to produce or distribute, as well as any depiction of actual extreme violence.
• Deceptive content — deepfake pornography of identifiable real people without their consent, misleading age claims, or impersonation of real persons without consent.

Requirements for all listed content

• Every performer is 18 years or older at the time of production, and the partner maintains the records required by 18 U.S.C. §2257 or equivalent local law.
• Content is produced and distributed lawfully in the partner's jurisdiction and the partner is authorized to aggregate and refer traffic for it.
• Titles, tags, categories and thumbnails must not sexualize minors implicitly, advertise prohibited categories, or unlawfully use third-party trademarks.

Enforcement

Partners warrant compliance contractually and per feed. Suspected violations are removed without waiting for a formal notice and investigated with the partner; partners failing the policy are delisted and their content fully purged.
